**Is DC Shisha open to the public?**
No. We are a wholesale distributor. All pricing and ordering is for approved business customers only.

**How do I become a wholesale customer?**
Follow the steps on our "Become a Wholesale Customer" page. Create an account, submit your business info and license, and wait for approval.

**What are your minimum order quantities?**
Many products have case pack quantities. There is no minimum dollar amount for orders, but we recommend ordering in case quantities to get the best pricing.

**Where do you ship?**
We ship to licensed businesses in the USA. If you are local to the DC–Maryland–Virginia region, ask us about delivery options.

**How long does shipping take?**
Orders placed before 2pm ET typically ship same-day. Transit times vary based on location.

**Can I pick up my order?**
Yes. Local customers can arrange for pickup by appointment. Contact us to schedule.

**What payment methods do you accept?**
We accept major credit cards and ACH. Approved customers may qualify for terms.

**Do you sell disposables / tobacco / vape products?**
Yes. You must provide appropriate tobacco/resale license. All sales must comply with federal and state regulations.

**Are all products in stock?**
We aim to keep the core items in stock. Inventory levels are subject to change. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you.
